These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using this website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This site is the central authentication and account management portal for KDTDev-Apps. It is used to create and manage your account, handle sign-in, support account recovery, and apply security protections such as two-factor authentication.

Connected applications in the KDTDev-Apps suite may have their own features, content, and terms. Your use of those applications may be subject to additional policies posted within those applications.

2. Accounts and Email

Some features require an account. When you create or use an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and take reasonable steps to protect your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may use your email address for essential account-related messages (for example: verification, security notices, password resets, and important service updates). We do not sell your email address for advertising or marketing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
Interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment (“Paid Services”). If you purchase Paid Services, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or at the time of purchase.

5.1 Subscriptions

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Billing: You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
Pricing: If pricing changes, it will apply to a future billing period after notice is provided.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (currently Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

5.3 Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary to protect users, maintain security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms (for example, in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations).

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We work to keep the Service reliable and secure, but you use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDTDev-Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
